Remote Learning
There may be rare occasions when your child will be required to work remotely from home. This is likely to be due to situations beyond our control, such as snow closures, a faulty boiler or where the DFE and Government advise us to do so.
Sunning Hill has implemented 'Google classrooms for education'. All of our classes from Year 1 to Year 6 can use this platform to access their learning should work need to be set remotely. Google classrooms is used in school and your child will have a copy of their username and password in their homework books. If you need assistance to access this platform please contact the school office.
Our nursery and reception children use a platform called 'Tapestry'. Work or activities can be set remotely and shared with parents. Parents are given a unique log in when their child starts in Nursery/Reception and you can also add work that you have completed with your child at home.
